FAQ
What are your school schedule and business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Our flexible schedule lets you come in and train whenever the school is open.
Do you have bilingual instructors?
Yes! Our curriculum is taught in English, but we have bilingual instructors on staff who can offer support and assistance in Spanish whenever you need it.
How long does it take to get my barber license in Arizona?
Arizona requires 1,200 clock hours of training. Depending on how many hours you attend per week during our Mon-Sat schedule, you can complete the program in under a year.
Is Clips Barber Academy licensed by the Arizona Board of Barbering and Cosmetology?
Yes. Clips Barber Academy is fully licensed and bonded pursuant to A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 3. You can verify our license directly with the state board.
