Our journey started around the age of 14 when we first became interested in cutting hair. At 16, we enrolled in barber school, and by 21, we opened our first barbershop.

After nine years of running our shop, we've learned what it takes to succeed behind the chair — and we've also seen where many new barbers struggle.

Too many students graduate barber school without feeling confident in their skills or prepared for a real barbershop environment. We experienced some of those same problems ourselves. There wasn't always a clear system for learning the fundamentals, developing skills, or understanding what it means to be a professional barber.
